However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to seek a refund or return. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures.
1. Refund Policy:
a) Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team at purchases@trippytrailblazers.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
In cases of defects or damages caused during shipping, we may require photo evidence to process your refund.
b) Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation, but you can still initiate a return (see section 2 for details).
c) Other Refunds: For non-defective or undamaged products, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact our Customer Support team to discuss your request.
2. Returns Policy:
a) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of purchase.
b) Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at sales@trippytrailblazers.com or call us at +1 (573) 326-9332 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product securely, including the original packaging, and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
c) Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
d) Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 2 days.
