Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of disposable vape products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, you may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item is unopened and unused (must be in the original, sealed packaging).

To be eligible, the return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at refunds@trippytrailblazers.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos showing any damage or issue (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if required), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. 

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error such as with a wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on disposable vape products. If your item is defective or incorrect, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products returned after the 14-day window

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

We can recommend a reliable courier in case you demand that of us.
